Proactive projects
About the 'Other' projects:
A growing selection of self-initiated projects and collaborations.
'Never Not working'.

Banter coffee Kitchen:
A staple in the middle of Toowoomba CBD needed a brand new identity.
Warm, inviting and a reminder of their hospitality, using warm colours and shapes to showcase their community advocacy, loyalty and love for their patrons.
Local Affability.
An ongoing project that includes a 10+ Mts. mural inside of the coffee shop
(The Banter logo was kept from the original design)
Booze:
A series of playful booze labels.
Thirst levels infinity and beyond, featuring Pisco, a South American variation of Brandy which denomination of origin belongs to Chile, a Covid-19 edition of a bottle of wine and a very dark beer.

Wallmapu:
Is a self initiated project about the Mapuche indigenous people from Chile and Argentina.
Presented in A3 spreads with brief information about their land, problematics
and cosmology.
Over the centuries Mapuches have fought for their land and acknowledgement in South America. Never surrender or give up during colonisation times against Spain and keeping the fight going against injustice from the Chilean government.

SEIS - Mistranslations entry:
This piece of design has been translated
from English to Chilean Spanish due to the necessity of good translations, as always posters or infographics are poorly translated documents and in most cases, the information available lacks authenticity.

Expensive Kombi posters:
I love Volkswagen cars, who doesn't!
This is a play project about how expensive they are on resale.
I took the old Futura font, look and feel of the posters from the early '70s and make them fun and sour.
I used my son's Kombi for the photos and was shot with a mobile phone.

JOEL'S PLUMBING AND GAS:
Joel's needed a rebrand and needed to increase his presence within the Toowoomba region.
Showcasing reliability, customer support, and straightforward solutions.
The logo is currently in use but the website was not part of the rebranding.

POSTERS:
A selection of self initiated projects and other collaborations.
